Meet our appraisers

The current owner and operator of the firm. Darin has over 20 years of experience as a real estate appraiser. He began working in the appraisal office in the late 1990’s. He began training to be an appraiser in 2002. Darin then obtained his appraiser’s license in 2005 and then became certified in 2007.

The company founder. DeWayne began appraising in the early 1990s and retired as an appraiser in 2022. Although he is no longer actively appraising, he provides advice and guidance inside the office.
